Short version: MorsePad has no accounts and no uploads. Your text, audio, microphone input and images are processed locally in your browser and never sent to us.
No uploads
Text you translate, audio files and pictures you decode and microphone audio are handled entirely on your device. They are not uploaded, recorded or stored on any server. Microphone and camera (for the flashlight) are only used after you grant permission, and only while the tool is running.
Share links
Share links put your text after the # in the address. Browsers don't send this part to servers, but anyone you give the link to can read the message.
Stored on your device
We save your preferences (theme, audio settings) and your learning progress in your browser's local storage so they're there next time. You can delete them at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
Cookieless analytics
We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across sites, and doesn't collect personal data or anything you type.
